Latest version of dvipdfm is avilable from :

ftp://ftp.ese-metz.fr/pub/tex/win32-beta/

You can also find a ttf2pfb converter together with a getafm
program. Ad the very latest pdftex version (Thanh sent it only 1 or 2
hours ago, hopefully it might be the final 0.14d).
