Bug in windvi 0.65 - virtual fonts interpreting

I've found a bug in windvi 0.65.

Run testfont.tex with ptmr8t and
see characters 211, 234, 244, 251, 264, 274, 337 (maybe others)
in windvi 0.63 and 0.65. IMHO there is problem with compound
characters without PUSH/POP construction.
