Problem with Options->Windvi

Hi,

For some of you, the PropertySheet that 'Options->Windvi' should give does not appear. 
The only reason I can find for this misbehaviour up to now is related to the version of comctl32.dll . I'm using the 4.72 one. So, I'd like to know if if fails for anybody with the same version (find the file through the explorer, then 'Properties->Version'. Or if it fails only for versions < 4.70 or < 4.71 ...
