windvi 0.59

This one should correct 2 bugs (hopefully without introducing new
ones) :

- \usepackage{psfrag} produced a dvi file that made windvi close
without displaying anything;

- problem with too many images included. However, win95 users should
be aware that a FILES=25 at least in config.sys is needed. I would
even say that 30 or 40 is better.
