0.12q win32 binaries

I *may* have messed up the 0.12q zip file. I can't download it by modem =
just to check (just one report of things going wrong). I have generated =
a new clean 0.12q version which I'm uploading to :
ftp://ftp.ese-metz.fr/pub/TeX/win32/pdftex-0.12q1-win32.zip
I apologize for the inconvenience.
These are statically linked binaries. That means : huge. But this is the =
only way to have standalone programs, and not to take the risk of dll =
incompatibilities.
By the way : the mktex* programs have been upgraded to the latest teTeX =
version and should support lh/wn font files, ttf2pk and such.
