Caption is a smaller design size than Regular.  

If you can get at the data in the size table in the GPOS table, it has
the design size in decipoints (deci-bigpoints).  I used to have some
notes listing the design sizes and ranges of (some of) those fonts,
but I cannot find them now....

I did find a mention in the spec for the size table that Minion's
Subhead is an 18 bp design size.  Cf:

So, probably something like 8, 10, 18, 30 or so for the four design sizes.
