[Fontinst] perthousandzero in Fontinst v1.927

Hello!

While trying to create TeX font files from to PS converted TT fonts I 
see in the fontinst log for T1 encoding:

Warning: missing glyph `perthousandzero'.

What is this glyph?! One in ten thousand? A typo, because there is 
perthousand ...
