Yes indeed, it should be `\textasciimacron'. It's strange that this should
have gone undetected. Anyway I've fixed this now. Thanks for reporting it.

Checking up on the history of things, it seems like this is a case of Very
Bad Luck. Ulrik Vieth probably added that \comment on 1998/06/08, and then
on 1998/06/12 Chris Rowley changed the command name from \textmacron to
\textasciimacron in ltoutenc.dtx!
