[Fontinst] Problem generating OT2 Minion Cyrillic

Hi,

it would be very kind if you could answer my last open questions (cf.
email dating 03/09/01):

What is the reason why I should include \unfakable{cedilla}?

I'm wondering why emdash (cyrdash) is encoded but not endash
(rangedash)? AFM has both:
C 150 ; WX 500 ; N endash ; B 50 200 450 253 ;
C 151 ; WX 1000 ; N emdash ; B 50 200 950 253 ;

char dec38 (acute) is missing in the vpl and subsequently in the tfm,
but it's in the pfb/afm font files.

the vpl says (SPECIAL Warning: missing glyph `cyryat') etc. but it's
in the font (as afii10146 and afii10194 etc). The same is true for
'dotlessi' (dec61). From the log file:

Why? All are there and they have the correct 'afii' names as in
cyralias.tex.
