[Fontinst] I switched off fontinst@cogs.susx.ac.uk

Hi everyone,

OK, I finally got tired of the stream of spam coming from
fontinst at cogs.susx.ac.uk and retired that email address.  The canonical
address is now fontinst at tug.org.  Its spam filters seem quite a bit more
robust!
