fontinst 1.9:

In the file ot1c.etx, the lines 50..67 are commented out.

In the file t1c.etx, the corresponding lines 23..40, 
setting interword, smallcapsextraspace and smallcapsspacing
are active.  

Is this a bug or a feature?
