Manual and philosophy

Finally dropped FontInst into my MikTex installation on my ThinkPad and 
haven't tried it out, but've been trying to install Adobe Garamond using 
Thierry Bouche's pre-made files.

Did read through the manual though (FontInst) and noticed the following minor 
typos---if they've not yet been found/corrected/noted here they are, if so, 
my apologies for the waste of time/bandwidth:

p. 5 sp. correspondance
p. 8 sp. handle an re-encoding needed
p. 20 sp. as explained ib the TeXBook
