Centaur Festive

[Fernando Q. Gouvea]

I've got here a font called CentaurFestiveMT-Italic, part of the Monotype
Centaur family, that doesn't seem to be listed in the "mapfiles" that come
with fontinst. Does anyone know what the official TeX name of this one
should be?
