bug in AE fonts; support of OT1 encoding variants in fontinst

Hi,

there are a lot of other encoding bugs in AE fonts. For example,
aecsc10 is incorrect wrt f-ligatures; also in some fonts sterling
is present instead of dollar, etc. i wonder if someone else noticed
this. :-)

btw, i saw the package `zdfonts' in the contrib/zd directory of
fontinst v1.335. Why this package disappeared in next versions of
fontinst??
