Some years ago, Thanh set up a mediawiki at River Valley (India) for the previous incarnation of edutex (for Frank Quinn). It was never used and soon became full of spam, so he shut it down. I imagine he could reinstate it easily enough if you want to go that way. The wiki I could set up on tug.org would be based on ikiwiki (https://ikiwiki.info/). karl
