[edutex] Updated Demostration page: Phase II, Stage 1

Hi Don (and all),

    I have begun on the next phase, and have uploaded a new demo file to
    illustrate functionality to this stage.

Cool.  Looking at 
http://edutex-wiki.tug.org/wiki/index.php?title=Demonstration_Page
the only question that comes to mind is, how does this compare to what
Frank has running at VT now?  Frank, did you ever have a chance to
upload a screenshot or two, at least?
