[edutex] Demonstration Page add to EduTeX Wiki

I've added a new "Demonstration Page" to the EduTeX Wiki Page. There 
are links to the demo files previously announced, and to the 
documentation.

I've placed "Demonstration Page"  in the itemized list on the main page

that points to the new page.

If anyone wants a copy of edutex.dtx, edutex.ins, or any of the two demo 
files, please contact me by email.

Joe: Is there a better way of linking to a PDF file, the link I used is
[[Media:<filename>.pdf]], this results in the word "Media" appearing as part 
of the link.
