[dvipdfmx] dvipdfmx rebuild for post-tl25

Hi TL builders - please rebuild the branch (2025) again. The only update
should be to dvipdfmx.  The new dvipdfmx version is 20250410, as of
r74917. Changes:

- use deterministic font subset tags, like pdftex.
- crash relating to PDF inclusion with page "groups".
- crash relating to PDF object stream paring.
- combining characters in virtual fonts.

I've started the autorebuilds on github. Since people have lived with
these problems for many years, there is no great hurry. --thanks, karl.
