[dvipdfmx] PK fonts - revert redundant changes

Dear Akira,

This bug was fixed:

Then this bug was fixed:

https://tug.org/pipermail/dvipdfmx/2021-March/000241.html

But the fix for second bug also fixes the first bug,
and changes done to fix the first bug must be undone.
I checked - everything works.

It seems to me that we should start to dig from this:

    dvipdfmx:fatal: Unable to find TFM file "myfont".
