[dvipdfmx] CMAPName is different across settings

Font name prefix is calculated by
srand(current_time)
and a function rand().
Therefore the prefix depends on the random function,
or used computer. [x]dvipdfmx does not have its own random
function.

In my system, I obtain
[CQPECL+LMRoman10-Regular]
