Dear Marcos,

I don't know what you mean by "my LaTeX editor". You are using some editor to create your LaTeX input--perhaps an editor especially created for composing LaTeX input. You should direct your question to whoever is responsible for that editor, not to the LaTeX community.

Good luck,

Leslie Lamport

Subject: Important latex shortcut

To whom it concerns:

I am Marcos Matabuena, a university student who uses LaTeX very frequently. I would know how I could assign to my Latex editor some macros (keyboards commands or another speed dialing techniques in the
keyboard) to avoid writing always the "\" at the beginig of each expression, because I am a mathematician and I use to write a lot of times the same expression.

Thank you for your time.

Best regards

Marcos
