Thanks for putting this together.
My first question is, Norm, are you still out there? Will you have time
to edit and prepare the next version? I wouldn't mind doing it, but I
don't have any SGML facilities, so I'd have to go back to straight
(some-flavor-of) TeX.
We need to settle this before getting to the nitty-gritty of text changes.
