no, texmf/tex/generic/images/epsf/sussex/ssxcrest.eps, or else you
can't identify it easily. or images/epsf/misc.

but you are screwing the convention of tex/<format>/<package>/<files>
which has come up before. dont we agree that we dont permit multiple
levels there?
