Installing TDS at Sussex

Using "sussex", etc. is simpler IMHO since it means that admins can
have more than one local directory, eg on my Mac I have a "sussex"
folder and an "asaj" folder.

Do you really want me to register "asaj" as the name of the directory
that occurs only on my machine?
