Yes, I agree with all your comments here. In fact, what would people
think of changing this appendix to be just a list of names, no
descriptions? I'm not sure it's worth the space. Also, I'd like to list
everyone who sent email (under a separate heading, so they aren't
besmirched with being part of the consensus), but I'd feel funny listing
just names for one group and the long-winded descriptions for others.
