tds discussions

I seem to be acting as de factor chair of the TDS group, as Norm Walsh
is attending to other responsibilities. A couple reports from the
EuroTeX meeting (thanks, Ulrik) suggested you'd like to participate in
the TDS discussions. You are most welcome to do so; we welcome
participation by anyone.

If you (or anyone else reading this) wants to be included as a
``committee member'' on the last page, just mail me the details.

The mailing list is twg-tds@shsu.edu. I myself have no privileges to add
or remove anyone from the list, but I hope you can subscribe
automatically by mailing to twg-tds-request@shsu.edu.

In the meantime, I'll email you about the next (still non-public) draft
when I finish it for your comments.
