If Christian would like to give a contact address, I'll include it.
I think it's useful to give an address, especially since we're making a
point of saying this information may be out-of-date, etc.

Can we get Eberhard, Berthold, whoever else to supply similar appendices?
Perhaps I should write to tex-implementors.
Does anyone else on this list now maintain an implementation that should
get its own appendix section?
