clarification

The current draft says:

	If documents could portably specify recursive searching directly in
	filenames, restrictions on uniqueness of filenames could be relaxed
	considerably ...

This makes it sound like one wants to turn the recursive searching on or off.
I think it would be clearer to write:

	If documents could restrict subdirectory searching to a subdirectory
	via some portable syntax in file names, then restrictions on uniqueness
	of filenames could be relaxed considerably ...
