Installing TeX Live 2025 on Windows 11

I installed TeX Live 2025 just a few days ago, in order to investigate 
the recent bug report concerning Gnuplot, and encountered no errors.  I 
installed by downloading the ISO file, mounting the latter, and then 
invoking "install-tl-windows.bat".
