Thank you for your prompt reply.

For clarity, I did not intend to suggest that TUG join the suit that
reversed the funding freeze, and regret that you read that as my intention.
By the way, I think the suit is now moot as the White House has reversed
the freeze.

Rather, my suggestion is that TUG join the network organised by the Council
of Nonprofits, for the benefit of TUG and its goals and members. And also
that TUG obtains benefit from the free advice available from the Council's
website, such as at https://www.councilofnonprofits.org/running-nonprofit.
