2025 TUG Institutional/Patron Membership Form

Thank you for considering giving extra support to TeX and TUG as an institutional member or patron!

As of 2025, TUG is offering two new institutional membership levels, silver and gold patrons, in addition to the longstanding regular institutional membership. The form to join at any of the three levels is below (the main membership form can also be used). Here are the benefits:

Institutional member

Eight individual physical memberships (a discount over joining individually).
Site-wide electronic access to the TUG members area with the current TUGboat issue, membership discounts, etc.
Discounts for Lucida font licenses.
Grateful acknowledgement both online and in TUGboat.

Silver patron

All regular institutional membership benefits.
Half-page ad in all TUGboat issues published while you are a member.
TUG conference sponsor: logo listed, half-page ad in program and proceedings, one waived registration+banquet fee.
Special listing on tug.org/instmem, with extra text if desired.
Up to 1/3 of patron membership fee to go to committed fund(s) of your choice; sponsorship(s) to be publicized as desired. Remainder to go to the TUG general fund.

Gold patron

All regular institutional membership benefits.
Full-page ad in TUGboat.
Major TUG conference sponsor: logo listed, full-page ad in program and proceedings, two waived registration+banquet fees.
Primary listing on tug.org/instmem, with extra text if desired.
Same disposition of fee as silver patrons: up to 1/3 of patron membership fee to go to a committed fund(s) of your choice; sponsorship(s) to be publicized as desired. Remainder to go to the TUG general fund.

Payment information: If you're a new member and need an invoice before submitting payment, please email us. (We send invoices to existing institutional members late in the year.)

Member information: If you are a new member, welcome! — and please fill out all relevant fields for our primary institutional contact. If you are a renewing member and your other information is unchanged, you need provide only your name, current email address, and postal code.

Privacy: TUG uses your personal information only to mail you products, publications, notices, and (for voting members) official ballots. TUG does not sell or otherwise provide its membership list to anyone. The tug.org web site does not use any cookies, except those required for membership login (created by HTTP Basic Auth).
