Probably texfaq2html is revisionnistic ("Omega does not exist and has never
existed"). This is unfortunately quite common.

This will be possible in next Omega release (I have just drawn the Euro symbols
a few weeks ago, in Tsukuba). You already have quite a few other symbols though.
And you can input your text directly in 16-bit Unicode (or UTF-8), so that you
don't need the ^^^^abcd convention.
