There's a clash between this and the old fonts generated by afm2tfm.
ptmr is deliberately left undefined, and in practice almost always
refers to the font generated by afm2tfm. In the case of .pfa files
life isn't too bad because you can use the vendor's name in the
psfonts.map file.
