Re: afm2tfm - make it preserve kerning



Further on your accent problem.  afm2tfm will not generate the
accented chars where you don't want them if you use  something
like my ASEX.enc for the input encoding vector.  In that
case, the output coding will be absolutely governed by
the output encoding vector for all characters that are
unmentioned in ASEX.enc.  

That was one of the reasons I worked on ASEX.enc, and one of
the chief reasons why I exclude all composites from it
