If you were asked to pay customs fees to receive the issue, we are happy to refund it on request (again, just email the office). Unfortunately we cannot know in advance when fees will be assessed, or how much they'll be, since international mailing rules and processes are constantly changing.
FYI: We provide email addresses and phone numbers to the mail service provider, in order to prepay customs fees for as many people as possible. We have been assured this information will be used only in case of mail delivery problems, and not for any marketing or other purposes whatsoever.
