Font tables

Hello,

If you want to use a font table to visualize the encodings, you
encounter two anoying things:

- black boxen may be an encoded math symbol or an unfakable glyph

- white slot may be an encoded slot printing nothing (space as 32,
CWD in T1, what else?...) or un unencoded slot.

I'd advocate for using easily recognizable (different) logos for empty
slots & unfakable glyphs.

Comments?
