[Xy-pic] Quick question on INSTALL.* texts

Ross: Just quickly: do we still need the INSTALL.OzTeX and 
INSTALL.Textures documents in the Xy-pic release?

Everyone: anyone still using OzTeX and Textures with manual installations 
of Xy-pic?
