You can check out Multivalent pdf tools (<a href="http://multivalent.sourceforge.net/Tools/index.html">http://multivalent.sourceforge.net/Tools/index.html</a>). They are written in Java and you can rearrange a pdf file in any way you can think of.<br>

It seems that pdfpages method is not perfect for oriental languages<br>
(Arabic, Persian ...) because it puts the Page 1 right instead of<br>
left. Have you found a better solution?<br>
