I do not have any windows machine but this might work:<br><br>I remember that when I used to run xelatex (from MiKTeX) on a file, it would give a similar warning e.g can not open dvipdfmx.cfg, so try to make a folder named dvipdfmx in the relevant MiKTeX directory and in that folder, put dvipdfmx.cfg which you can get from <br clear="all">
