I have attached the PDF file to this email. I don't think this font (Futura) has characters which are much larger than the other fonts. I have previously converted this TTF font to TFM, and have been able to use it directly in Latex, without any problems. Are you using large words, small<br>column sizes, or does the Futura font that you are using have
