Unfortunately it would seem that Arthur had not. You will, I am sure, be
aware that I had not pursued the topic for some time until Arthur
elected to join the debate.

I endeavour at all times so to be.  However, I believe that it would be
irresponsible of me to allow the last word on the topic to be factually
