[XeTeX] help with pgf xelatex issue

The auxiliary files are different:

It seems that one has to run the source file two times in order to
get the expected results. Now, file xx,aux was produced by pdfLaTeX
and file yy.aux by XeLaTeX. So somehow some calculations fail to
give the expected result when compiling with XeLaTeX. It seems strange 

but I will have a closer look at it this weekend.
