[XeTeX] Error using Kohinoor Devanagari font

Similar problems are reported in the TeX Live list. All of them are
connected to the ttc fonts on Mac, for instance Hoefler Text has similar
problems. Can you try any English text typeset with Hoefler Text? Maybe the
bug is not new in TL2015 but existed even in TL 2014. I cannot help more, I
do not have Mac and these problems are Mac specific.
