[XeTeX] Extra space after opening quote

Dear Sasi,

my installed version of Rachana does not contain quotes at all, I see
just empty rectangles, so that I cannot say whether it look right or
wrong. What I can say is that quoes, colons, question marks etc. are
not Indic characters but taken from the Latin script. When used in
Indic scripts they require diferent kerning. However, this is not a
question of XeTeX, this is a question of font design. Steve White did
it correctly for the Devanagari block in FreeSerif and FreeSans, so
you should complain to the author of the font.
