[XeTeX] Fwd: [powerdot] powerdot and xelatex

Hi all,

the problem below was submitted to the powerdot mailinglist.
Unfortunately, I have no knowledge about xelatex. I hope anyone on
this list could have a quick look at this to see what is the problem.

Hi,

I can compile the file with xelatex:

\documentclass{powerdot}
\usepackage{fontspec}
\usepackage{polyglossia} %% Alternative zu babel
\usepackage{xltxtra} %%Unicode etc.
\setmainfont[Mapping=tex-text]{Linux Libertine O}

\begin{document}
\begin{slide}{a slide}
Contents of the slide.
\end{slide}
\section{first section}
\begin{slide}{another slide}
Contents of the slide.
\end{slide}

\end{document}

The output are 3 emty slides (without text).
The warnings:

** WARNING ** Annotation out of page boundary.
** WARNING ** Current page's MediaBox: [0 0 1584 1188]
** WARNING ** Annotation: [11.8839 558 628.777 1396.85]

How can this problem be solved?
