[XeTeX] XeTeX bug with including jpg images

[Persian TeX Group]

It seems that the new version of xetex included in texlive 2013 has
problems with including jpg images (I have not tested other image types but
there may be problems with other image formats too). I tried the same image
with pdflatex and it did not have xetex issue. Also xetex included in
texlive 2012 does not have this issue. Here is a minimal working example in
LaTeX.
