[XeTeX] Another fontspec bug

Hello!

When I use with XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.2 (TeX Live 2013/ 
dev) and

	fontspec.sty    2013/03/16 v2.3a Font selection for XeLaTeX and  
LuaLaTeX
	fontspec-patches.sty    2013/03/16 v2.3a Font selection for XeLaTeX  
and LuaLaTeX
	fontspec-xetex.sty    2013/03/16 v2.3a Font selection for XeLaTeX and  
LuaLaTeX
	fontspec.cfg

on Mac OS X 10.5.8, Leopard, PPC (7447A), and use this preamble:

	\listfiles
	\documentclass[a4paper,12pt]{article}
	\usepackage[xetex,active,tightpage]{preview}
	\usepackage{fontspec}
	\defaultfontfeatures{Ligatures=TeX}	%[Mapping=tex-text]
	\usepackage{polyglossia}
	\setdefaultlanguage{malayalam}
	\setotherlanguage{english}
	
	\newfontfamily\malayalamfont[Language=Malayalam,Script=Malayalam] 
{FreeSerif}	% has both
	\newfontfamily\englishfont{Minion Pro}

fontspec complains:
