[XeTeX] XeTeX 0.9999.0 released

Hello.

As far as Devanagari script is concerned, everything seems to be correct on Mac OS X with these binaries. With previous versions diacritics were misplaced but it's now fixed. Unfortunately I can't test other Indian scripts because I can't read them fluently, but many people on this list can… :)
