[XeTeX] Future of xdv2pdf driver on Mac

Hi all,

Due to change in the way XeTeX places font definitions the XDV file, the
xdv2pdf driver is no longer functional and will be dropped from TeX Live
2013 (still available in the source tree, but not being built by
default).

I remember that few people were still using it on Mac because it
provides some features not present in xdvipdfmx, but without someone
stepping in to update and maintain it, it will be removed completely and
consequently the xdv2pdf-only code in XeTeX.

Alternatively, the missing features would be implemented in xdvipdfmx,
but we still need someone volunteering to help with this.
