[XeTeX] Small caps not working consistently in TeX Live 2013

By writing "Minion Pro shows them too" I meant that with Minion Pro the SmallCaps appear.


XeTeX, Versions 3.1415926-2.2-0.9997.4 (TeX Live 2010) and 3.1415926-2.3-0.9997.5 (TeX Live 2011) show correct behaviour and make SmallCaps appear. Therefore the new bug must have been introduced latest with XeTeX, Version 3.1415926-2.5-0.9999.2 (TeX Live 2013). Is this better?
